Start over, always!
Dear students,
On September 1st, the school will reopen and we will finally be able to meet again on the mat. During this time, each of you will have continued to practice according to your own possibilities, nurturing within yourselves that flame which Yoga ignites.
It’s important to remember that this extraordinary discipline brings real transformation only if lived with consistency, dedication, and passion. It is through daily practice – silent, patient, sometimes challenging – that we find not only physical strength, but also mental balance and inner clarity. Without chasing results, without running from difficulties.
The first sutra of Patanjali reminds us: “Atha Yoga Anusasanam” – Now begins the discipline of Yoga.
Atha means now, because the right moment to begin—or to begin again—is always now.
Anusasanam is the essence of all ancient Yogic knowledge: a guide towards awareness and self-discovery.
Let’s start again from here. Let’s return together to our practice, to listening to the breath, to looking within. We will be by your side to support your intention, but the path—as always—will be yours. And it will be unique.
See you soon on the mat.
